"Slivovice is the Czech Moonshine created generation after generation by my father in-law and both living grampas at the moment. Plums and sugar are the key ingredients here although it can also be created by fermenting other various fruits. It takes several months to ferment this concoction, and after it is processed at the village distillery it is enjoyed by the entire village. Local customers as well as others throughout the Czech Republic come to visit the village to buy this incredible elixir from my father in-law as well as the rest of the family. I highly recommend trying this homegrown product when visiting here and it is best served when chilled. This drink can be used for various illnesses as well as cleaning and disinfecting cuts. Sounds great doesn't it?
