Believe It, Comrade![]() Nachtmystium was told by Scion that they were not to talk about the controversies. It's really kind of ridiculous. I think that anyone that would meet Blake [Judd] and the other guys in Nachtmystium would realize that they don't have any sort of right-wing agenda. I'm curious as to who [was] perpetrating this sort of action against Nachtmystium and what their intentions were. - Invisible Oranges Lost in all the hullabaloo surrounding Nachtmystium being bitched slapped off the Scion festival is the fact that, of course no one should believe - even for a second- that Blake Judd has anything to do with National Socialism, as this would imply even the basest form of idealism on his part and, as should be apparent by now, Nachtmystium stands for absolutely nothing...intellectually, politically, creatively. Zero. It used to be you had to at least do something cool to be branded a "Nazi" by the media. Like have a father that KILLED Nazis and then write a bad-ass song about Auschwitz, telling people to fuck off afterwards, cuz that's reality. "Oh, and the brown guy over there, that's our singer!" I mean, aren't there some Hispanic guys in Chicago who play keyboards? Instead they got this goofy motherfucker with moss hanging off his face. Not even doing it right. Shit, Fenriz is half spic himself. But did Nachtmystium do anything cool like that? No. Why? Because meaningless Pop Metal bands don't do cool shit like Slayer. Or LEMMY. Lemmy gets called a Nazi and tells the press "no, I'm an anarchist!" Not as radical today as it used to be, but the guy is like 900 years old and has snake venom for blood. Instead, Nachtmystium put out a statement that weakly refutes the bogus-in that it misunderstands their intentions-charge by telling everyone they look like HIPPIES, which of course they aren't either, they're just playing a part - the same kind of spineless, fence-sitting pose as when Blakely was still a small-change chump who would drop hot phrases like "Zionist means of demoralizing young American's artistic standards" into interviews and then claim he wasn't interested in politics. Wouldn't you love to hear him explain what he meant by that now? I would. I love reading crazy ass dudes going on at length about their id-e-ology, but the most you're likely to get out of this choad is some lame-ass excuse like "oh, everyone had these contacts back then in the scene, you don't understand." Blake, you bitch. So take a step back folks and remember that Nachmystium aren't victims of some witch-hunt and OMG Toyota doesn't understand Black Metal! They're just some douche bags that got burned on some old shit that happened that they never even meant to say and totally forgot about when they finally got PAID and didn't have to say that dumb shit and hang around cretins just so they could move a hundred orders of the 5th reissue of Blake's shitty debut CD. 1-1 = 0
However, I neither respect Blake Judd nor his music and am not looking to foster some sort of dialogue with him or fans of his. That interests me nada.
There's been bile from the beginning. And there shall be more to come.
2+2...
8 + 6 = security check.
I don't want to make any of you cry, but hopefully most of you are involved in fatal car accidents. There is some more commentary for you.
The tone of this article's prose was a delightful breeze for me; a refreshing break from others'intricate analyses or hallucinatory ramblings. May be from a high schooler, yet he supports his disdain well.
